The academy counter of a bakery that also feeds the island’s cafes.
Ritz Baker’s Club at the Langkawi Tourism Academy is the airside counter of Ritz the Baker. You are not walking into a cafe with a long lunch menu. You are picking up pastry from a baker whose croissants and danishes also go out to cafes around the island.
Hazelnut croissant and almond croissant are the ones to ask for if you want something more than plain butter. Come in the late morning, take it to wherever you are sitting next, and treat it as the good thing you found inland.
This counter is open every day from 10.30am to 6.30pm. The same club also has a counter at KESOC, if that campus is closer to your day. The academy branch is the one in Mukim Kedawang.
