Co B Diem is a morning and midday kitchen in Kuah, at No. 55, Kampung Padang Lalang, on Jalan Penarak. It is the sort of place you come to before the town heats up: coffee first, then something that counts as breakfast or brunch.
The kitchen cooks pasta and nasi as well as the morning plates, so it works if one person wants a light meal and someone else wants rice. There is a kids’ play area, which matters if you are travelling with small children and need them occupied while you finish a cup.
They are open every day from 8.30am to 4.30pm. Come in the morning if you want the room at its easiest. By late afternoon the kitchen is done, and Kuah moves on to dinner somewhere else.
