Pressobitty is a coffee shop on Jalan Mata Air, at the traffic lights in Kampung Mata Ayer. You will know the corner if you have driven between Kuah and the west coast. It is a pull-over, not a destination restaurant, and that is the point.
The sets are simple and sweet-savoury: cinnamon honey, egg and cheese toast, and kaya butter. Order one, have the coffee, and use the stop the way locals do, as a pause rather than a plan.
They are open from 9am to 9pm, and closed on Saturday. If you are passing on a Saturday, keep driving. Any other day, the lights are the landmark.
